KYD Golf is a product by Raliworks LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, "we," "our," "us," and "the Service" refer to KYD Golf and Raliworks LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KYD Golf ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

KYD Golf is a golf club tracking and analysis platform that helps golfers track their club performance data, analyze their game, and receive personalized recommendations. The Service is available as an iOS mobile application.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it accurate

5. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data you input into KYD Golf, including club statistics, performance data, and personal information. By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms and services
• Display your data to you through our platform

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. AI-Generated Analysis

KYD Golf uses artificial intelligence to provide club analysis and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, these analyses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Always consult with a qualified golf professional for equipment decisions.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid auto-renewing subscription ("KYD Golf Pro"). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. Subscription pricing and features may change with notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

KYD Golf and Raliworks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
